Ideal for producing professional-quality books and manuals, the DB-300 Perfect Binder is built for efficiency and ease of use.

The stand-alone DB-300 produces books up to 2″ thick at up to 400 cycles per hour. The operator inserts the book block inside the single clamp and the book cover in the nipping station. Once binding is in progress, the book block is moved across the milling and notching station to roughen up the spine in preparation for the glue application. The glue tank comes equipped with two side gluing wheels to bind the edges of the book for proper opening and closing. The adjustable nipping and clamping station accommodate a variety of book thicknesses for a professional finish every time.
