We employ the most cost-effective and fastest means of transport to deliver your orders. We primarily utilize UPS/FEDEX for items weighing under 100 lbs., while motor freight handles heavier items. Provisions can be made to use your personal UPS/FEDEX account or another common carrier. We offer additional options like Next Day Service, 2nd Day Service, Saturday Delivery, and USPS delivery for an extra fee. Please be aware that motor freight deliveries are made to the loading dock only, excluding services such as lift gate or indoor delivery. Deliveries to residential addresses might carry extra costs. For any specific needs, please reach out to your sales representative.
FREIGHT & PROCESSING FEES: The cost of freight varies depending on the item's weight, dimensions, and transport method used. Ultimate Print Finishing can get your products to any corner of the globe! Deliveries outside the contiguous 48 states of the U.S. might face extra charges and/or possible delays. Ultimate Print Finishing does not bear responsibility for delays, customs, duties, brokerage fees, import, and surcharges, or other taxes and fees levied by countries or carriers. Nevertheless, we will endeavor to ensure a seamless process and delivery. Consult us prior to placing your order if you have questions regarding these concerns. Deliveries to military addresses (APO/FPO) can only be sent via the US Postal Service, with a weight limit of 70 lbs.
SHIPPING DISCLAIMER / DAMAGED GOODS: DO NOT finalize the delivery receipt until you have fully inspected and confirmed the absence of any physical damage. All packages leave in new condition. If packages are accepted without noting any physical damage, we cannot be held accountable for the items you receive. DO NOT compromise your right to file damage claims. Make sure to note the refusal of shipment or any other exceptions on the driver’s paperwork. Your comments on the shipping receipt or bill of lading will enable us to follow up on a shipping damage claim, if applicable. Please unbox and check all equipment upon receipt to confirm the correct item has been delivered and that it is not damaged or malfunctioning.
