Cutworx Platform Apex Plus Series Digital Flatbed Cutter

The Cutworx Platform Apex Plus Series is a modular digital flatbed cutter built for signage, packaging, textiles and POP/POS displays. The table is assembled on-site, so standard-size models fit through most commercial doorways without costly rigging.

• Modular build with on-site assembly, ideal for limited space
• Up to three active tool modules with interchangeable heads for cutting, creasing, routing and more
• Max cutting speed of 1.5 m/s (about 59 in/s)
• 1.8 kW (2.4 hp) liquid-cooled router, 60,000 RPM, with pneumatic chuck and a 9-position automatic bit changer
• Table sizes from 63" x 59" (Apex Plus 1516) up to 217" x 126" (Apex Plus 5532), in conveyor and standard configurations, with custom sizes available
• Cuts material up to 50 mm thick, including acrylic, foam board, textiles, corrugated, vinyl, PVC and KT board
• 7.5 kW (10 hp) vacuum with software-controlled variable vacuum zones
• CCD registration camera, optical auto tool calibration, and infrared barrier and bumper safety systems
