Cutworx Platform Apex M Series Digital Flatbed Cutter

The Cutworx Platform Apex M Series is a high-speed digital flatbed cutter powered by Magnetic Drive Technology. Its "zero contact" drive eliminates mechanical friction for smoother motion, less wear and very precise cutting across a wide range of materials.

• Magnetic drive system with "zero contact" transmission
• Max traverse speed of 2000 mm/s (about 78.7 in/s) with 2g linear acceleration
• Up to three active, independent servo-controlled tool modules
• 1.8 kW liquid-cooled router with pneumatic chuck, 60,000 RPM, and a 7-position automatic tool changer
• Conveyor-style tables: 98" x 63" (Apex M 2516), 137" x 63" (Apex M 3516) and 137" x 125" (Apex M 3532), with static table and custom sizes available
• Cuts material up to 50 mm thick, including acrylic, corrugated, textiles, foam and KT board, paper, PVC and vinyl
• 15 kW (20 hp) vacuum with software-controlled variable vacuum zones
• CCD registration camera, optical auto tool calibration, and infrared barrier and bumper safety systems
