Cutworx Platform Apex Pro Series Digital Flatbed Cutter

The Cutworx Platform Apex Pro Series is a prebuilt digital flatbed cutter with a steel-welded frame, made for high-volume production. It handles rigid boards, roll media and textiles with speed and accuracy.

• Prebuilt steel-welded frame for industrial durability
• Two interchangeable tool positions with independent servo-controlled modules: route, kiss-cut, crease, V-cut, oscillating knife and more
• Max traverse speed of 1.8 m/s (about 70.8 in/s) with 1.8g linear acceleration
• 450 W Sycotec air-cooled spindle, 60,000 RPM
• Conveyor-style tables: 51" x 47" (Apex Pro 1312), 59" x 63" (Apex Pro 1516) and 98" x 63" (Apex Pro 2516), with static table and custom sizes available
• Cuts material up to 50 mm thick, including acrylic, corrugated, textiles, foam and KT board, paper, PVC and vinyl
• 7.5 kW (10 hp) vacuum with software-controlled variable vacuum zones
• CCD registration camera and optical auto tool calibration
